North Las Vegas Real Estate Flying under the Radar of top investors and home buyers alike.
Is it true? That the national best selling real estate gurus and seminar teachers are not mentioning North Las Vegas real estate during their interviews and in their books?
Is it because they don’t know about the volcanic profitability ready to erupt for many who purchase a North Las Vegas home? Is it because many owners of Las Vegas real estate (Both North Las Vegas residential property and Las Vegas Homes in general) have preconceived ideas that North Las Vegas homes just aren’t as popular as other homes in Las Vegas?
Now there are even conspiracy theory groups out there that are claiming that the reason you are not hearing about North Las Vegas real estate is because the upper echelon of the Las Vegas real estate investing crowd, the national “in the know crowd”, and us locals are keeping it quiet on purpose. The more these groups buy up slowly, the less likely for a panic bidding war to occur, like the 2004 fiasco centering around Las Vegas real estate.
Then, the conspiracy groups claim, we will tell the rest of the world, but, not until we are ready to pull in 50% returns on our money.
Well, what ever you’ve heard or believe, I’ll tell you the following:
North Las Vegas real estate offers some of the best values in Nevada. One of the most talked about master plan communities in Las Vegas is Aliante.
Aliante homes and the whole area is still grabbing a lot of local press and gaining traffic everyday, but the national scene knows little about these opportunities.
Let me also reveal some an insider secret to you. The Mayor has said more than once to me and an audience of real estate professionals that there will be some “Major” mixed use developments starting in late 2005. These plans haven’t been hyped up too much either…..
Now that I look at this I guess those conspiracy guys must know something.
