Well just in case you’ve been living in a cave for the past several years I’ll start of by describing what has happened, and is continuing to happen regarding on the Las Vegas Real Estate scene.
First up, The Las Vegas High Rise boom caused so much international attention, that city council meetings were starting to worry about airport expansion based on the proposed high rise projects in Las Vegas. The fever has cooled a little and there are still over 50 proposed Las Vegas high rise opportunities on the horizon with names like Trump, Ivana, and various Hollywood Celebrities throwing their hats into the development arena. This is a national trend that Baby-boomers and Generation-Xer’s are sure to keep alive.
Second, Las Vegas residential real estate is also being built out as fast as possible. Why? Well, there are still somewhere between four thousand and six thousand people moving to the valley on a monthly basis. Also research indicates that more and more people are using the Internet to start their home search, and one of the most popular terms still being searched today is Las Vegas real estate. The 2004 frenzy of buying has cooled, but the number of homes being sold is hasn’t.
In fact the number of Las Vegas real estate agents has continued to skyrocket over the last several years.
