Are Las Vegas Golf Homes taking over as the Mecca of Golf Course Living?
With some of the best weather in the world and being in a city renowned for entertainment, vacations, business travel, and a population growth being fueled by an ever expanding casino industry the golfers of the world are investing in Las Vegas Golf Homes and Communities more and more with each month that passes.
It doesn’t hurt that several professional tournaments are now coming to Las Vegas on a regular basis too. With major television coverage for each tournament and announcers just not being able to say enough wonderful things about the beautiful courses and the spectacular Las Vegas golf homes surrounding them, the flood of developers rushing to create “the next great Las Vegas Golf Home Community” is on.
With names like The Legacy, Painted Desert, MacDonald Highlands, Anthem, and Red Rock Country Club being touted as “The Place to be for Amateurs and Professionals alike to enjoy their golf addictions” it’s easy to understand why golf course homes in Las Vegas are increasing in popularity every year.
Owning a Las Vegas home, sitting right on any one of a multitude golf courses to choose from, is fast becoming the American Dream for many people around the world. I’ve had the pleasure of being around some of the greatest golf courses around the globe. I’ve traveled from Tahiti and Bora Bora to Top courses in Ireland. There is one thing that stands out about Las Vegas golf course homes and that is the fact that when you’re done with your early morning round of golf and you’re ready for some extra excitement for the day, Las Vegas offers more to you than any other city on earth.
You can go from driving a golf ball to driving The Strip in a matter of minutes. Then if you want do it all over again the next day, you can wake up, look out your bedroom window enjoy your view of the course, and be in your golf cart and drive a block or so to start your day on the greens.
